It was a video that was up on Youtube about a year ago, very funny and
likely British, where this guy was basically running around harassing
people and then running away. In one he was behind a bench where this
couple was sitting and he like flicked the guy's hat off, in another
he pushed a guy into a lake or something and run. Immature but very
funny but I can't find it anywhere! Anyone know where that video
originated or where I can watch?
