Patrick Warburton Jams CBS Arranging, States Rules of Engagement Will Finish

Rules of Engagement When CBS introduced that it is lengthy-running sitcom Rules of Engagement could be gone to live in Saturday nights at 8/7c if this returns October 8, one individual did not go ahead and take news well: series star Patrick Warburton."Such a sh-Time slot," Warburton told TV Guide Magazine in the Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen on September 10. "The scripts are wonderful and we are getting an enjoyable experience doing the show, but God knows if anybody's gonna find us on Saturday evening."Warburton includes a theory why the show - that has never received a lasting time slot despite solid viewership and typically broadcast midseason - continues to be pressed to some evening without any original scripted programming on other broadcast systems."It appears like they are just keeping us midseason once more," states Warburton. "They'll run us on Saturdays and when they have got a slot that reveals within the week, they'll put us out. But no one's looking forward to Saturday evening."Warburton hints this move might signal the finish is near for that comedy. "This really is most likely our this past year from the show," he adds. "The show does very well in reruns, and when they would like to syndicate, they have to reach 100 episodes. So they are doing that to us."Are you going to stay tuned to Rules of Engagement on Saturdays? Do you consider it's the perfect time for that show to finish?Sign up for TV Guide Magazine now!
