i'm doing an essay on horror what do you think film makers can do to make horror films more original?

i'm gathering public views (meaning you) to see what film makers can
do to make horror more original.
the essay is about different peoples views (ie, my views and the
publics).
so, what do you think they can do, if you cant think of anything, why
are the horror films so repetitive?
